A professional path that began in Italy and has been consolidated over the last five years in Tenerife, where skill, reliability and attention to detail have become the core values of our work.
Today Edil New Project S.L. is a group that combines the world of construction with real estate services, offering complementary expertise to support clients in enhancing, buying and selling their properties.
In construction we carry out full renovations and refurbishments of homes, buildings and commercial premises. With our own teams and direct site management, we follow every project with professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to quality, from the first consultation to the final handover.
Our group includes Explora Inmobiliaria, a real estate agency specialising in buying and selling properties in Tenerife. We support owners and buyers with tailored advice, property valuations, promotion strategies and attentive assistance through every stage of the negotiation, right up to closing the sale.
