Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it and which rights you can exercise. It is written under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we collect
Through the quote request form we collect only what you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), type of work (optional) and the message you write.
To protect the form against automated submissions we temporarily keep your IP address in the server's memory for at most ten minutes. We do not write it to disk and we do not attach it to your enquiry.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use the form data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Temporarily recording the IP address relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you marketing, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries received by email for as long as we need to handle the contact and any resulting quote, and in any case no longer than two years after the last exchange — unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case the tax and commercial retention periods required by Spanish law apply.
The IP address used for spam control is deleted automatically within ten minutes.
Who can see your data
Form submissions reach our mailbox and are accessible only to us and to the colleagues working on your quote.
They rely on our technical suppliers — the email service and the provider hosting the website's server — acting as processors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@edilnewproject.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website uses no profiling, analytics or third-party cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no embedded social widget.
The only possible cookie is the technical one remembering the language you picked (Italian, Spanish or English) so we can serve the right pages. It is necessary for the site to work and therefore does not require your prior consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI).
Fonts are served from our own server, so browsing generates no requests to outside domains. The WhatsApp and Facebook links are plain links: those platforms only process data if you choose to click through, under their own policies.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you entrust to us, including encrypted transmission of the form and restricted access to the mailbox receiving enquiries.
